An ancient drawing from the 1980's of how we tie the Sliding Knot on the Strumstick Strap. Boy Scouts and Sailors may recognize it as a variation of the taut-line hitch, and no doubt Knot Aficionados will argue over which knot it was in 1703 in the British Navy. We call it a Strumstick Knot!
