This is our D-33 (Grand) Strumstick (33" long), and a G-31 (Super G) Strumstick (31" long). The Soft Case fits either one.

When I play on Stage, or jamming with other musicians. I bring both a D-33 and a G-31, so I have a range of keys available to play in, either for a key that fits my voice or the key others are playing in. Having both (and being prepared to retune as needed) means I ready to play any key.
The tone of the the two Strumsticks are usefully different: The D-33 is longer and is tuned lower than the G-31, and has a bit fuller tone. The 2" shorter G-31 has the same sized soundbox as the D-33, and has a snappy, brighter tone.
